Grew up on one of the largest farms in Western Mass. Christopher’s Educational background is in Naval Architecture and worked at a prestigious marine design firm in Florida where test runs on Lenny Kravitz’s boat wasn’t out of the norm. After spending years in Florida Chris moved back home to start his own building and restoration company. C.W.Melnik has since then created an honest, quality name for himself. C.W.Melnik has done work in a wide spread area such as Martha’s Vineyard, Western CT, Central NH and recently moved his business to the NH coast. New location calls for a new business name and switched his construction business to Coastal Points Construction. In between jobs Melnik travels with an obstacle racing company, and is the lead foreman for the construction and excavation of the obstacle courses which over 5,000 athletes race on in a single day.
Chris is a family business man. He is honest and detail oriented. On Chris’s free time you can find him on his boat, mountain biking and spending time with friends and family.

Scott Bailey- Owner of Bailey Environmental Services (BES).
Bailey Environmental Services has been in business since 1997. Bailey received his Masters in Environmental Engineering from the college of Civil Engineering at University of New Hampshire in 1996 and his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from University of Vermont in 1982. He started Bailey Environmental Systems as a side business while working for the Department of Defense as a maintenance engineer. Bailey's dedication to family coupled with the growth of BES, caused him to retired early from the Government in 2010 after 28 years of service
Bailey has performed soil analysis, wetland delineations and designed septic systems from the Seacoast to the White Mountains to the Connecticut River Valley. His work has been mostly concentrated in the lakes region of Wakefield, Milton, Wolfeboro, Brookfield, Ossipee, Effingham and Tuftonboro, specializing in shoreline properties.
Bailey Environmental Systems wears many hats. As one company Bailey provides: Septic Design and Installs, Waterfront Assessments, Wetland Delineations, Shoreland and Wetland Permitting and Site work.
With the merging of both companies there is nothing in your project needs that cannot be taken care of. From engineering & permitting, site work, construction through to finish carpentry, soup to nuts!

When Bailey isn't behind the excavator or computer, he is training world class sled dogs that recently placed 3rd in the North American Championships.
